This online register operates a choice-based lettings system, allowing you to bid for properties where you meet the eligibility criteria. The steps are:

Applicants are generally selected in a priority order set by Cornwall Council’s Homechoice Allocations Policy, updated in April 2025.

To maximise your opportunities for being allocated a home you should check the Homechoice website every week and bid regularly.
Most of our homes are in central Cornwall, from Redruth and Camborne in the north of our main area, to Helston and The Lizard in the south.
As a growing landlord we have newer developments in the east of the county, including Launceston, Liskeard and Bodmin.
We have a broad range of homes available, including houses, flats and bungalows. This includes housing for older people and Extra Care accommodation.
As a social housing provider, the homes that Coastline provides are more affordable than those available on the open market and we do this through a variety of different tenures and housing options across different developments.
We also offer temporary housing and support for people who may find themselves in crisis.
For customers requiring additional care or support, we have Miners Court Extra Care in Redruth.
The first of its kind in Cornwall, it offers residents a home for life with on-site care and support services from podiatry to hairdressing, memory clinics to assisted bathing.
