Use My Coastline

On our digital service on apps and online you can:

Make a payment - by card through our secure payments partner Allpay.
See your accounts - check your balance and recent transactions, plus rent and service charges.

You can also:

Report and manage repairs - for most work simply book a slot for an operative to visit, and if your plans change you can login and choose another time.
Read our knowledgebase - browse and search articles featuring answers to frequently asked questions about tenancies and services.
Contact Coastline - send and receive messages which go straight to the best team to answer your question.

Direct Debit

A quick, efficient and secure way to make regular payments from you bank or building society account.

Payments can be taken regularly on any days of the month to suit you - weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly.

To set up a Direct Debit please call us or send a message through My Coastline.

We will write to confirm the Direct Debit is set up and what your payments will be at least ten days before the first one is taken.

If there are any changes to your rent, Housing Benefit or service charges we will automatically adjust your payments and tell you in writing.

PayPoint

At PayPoints located in Post Offices you can use cash, cheques, credit cards and debit cards. At convenience stores with a PayPoint machine you can pay with cash.

Just give your Coastline payment card to the cashier and tell them how much you want to pay. You will receive a receipt.

Let us know if you do not have a Coastline payment card. We can arrange for one to be sent to your home.

Please do not use your card at a PayZONE machine as your payment will not be allocated to your account.
