One Coastline customer has made an incredibly kind gesture of thanks to Anna-Marie, one of our Tenancy Sustainment Coordinators, who is leaving Coastline for pastures new.
This customer told us that Anna-Marie has made such an impact on her life during her time at Coastline that she sponsored the setting up of a Queen Bee to help increase the population of wild honey bees as a legacy for all the good work that she has done.
The bee has been named Anna-Marie and the customer sent a certificate of Queen Bee Adoption from Project Honey Bees to her along with a heartfelt goodbye message.
She also handed Anna-Marie a Bee pin badge, saying that she chose bees as they represent communities and she sees Anna-Marie as a ‘builder and protector of communities’.
Anna-Marie said: “I don’t like to shout about things like this, but the work we do here at Coastline is deeply meaningful and this is a wonderful reminder of how much we can mean to our customers, but also how much they mean to us. My relationship with this customer has taken lots of different paths and it has spanned my whole career at Coastline. I must confess I have shed a fair few tears in saying goodbye and handing her over to my wonderful colleague to build a new journey with.”
You can see Anna-Marie holding her treasured pin badge in this lovely photo, and all of us here at Coastline would like to extend our thanks for the many ways in which she has been a builder of communities for so many customers over the years.
