Come and join us

Join one of our customer groups and we’ll consult you on things that could affect you and future customers, like policies, performance, and issues affecting homes or neighbourhoods. You could make a real difference helping to influence decision-making at Coastline for the benefit of everyone.

Consultation & Communication - review documents and communications for customers, put forward suggestions and ‘sense check’ content.
Development - influence the quality of our future homes and neighbourhoods.
Environmental Action - support our sustainability ambitions.
Void Inspectors - visit empty homes to check quality before customers move in.
Complaint Mentors - support customers going through the complaints process.

Everyone joining one of these groups receives training, so all we need from you is the enthusiasm to take part and make a positive impact. Plus we'll cover your travel expenses.

We love to be out meeting our customers. Pop along to have chat with us, get some help and advice, and take part in consultation about the services that matter most to you.

Catch-up With Coastline - join us for coffee and a chat if you live in one of our schemes for older people.
Community Connections - come and see us at CPR Foodbank Camborne or the Community Larder in Redruth.
Neighbourhood Action Days - as part of our approach to responsible neighbourhood management, we join with partner agencies to improve local areas identified by our Community Standard Inspections.

Community Impact Funding

Whether you have a short-term goal, such as hosting a community summer gathering or a longer-term ambition, such as regular coffee mornings, fundraisers, and activities, we can support you with grants from £50 to £500.

Community groups and residents’ associations

Forming a community group or residents’ association is a brilliant way for Coastline customers to get together and achieve positive outcomes within their communities.
