Annual Report to Customers
We are delighted to report on another year where we’ve:
- Invested in the quality of our customers’ homes and made sure they are safe and secure.
- Invested in new homes, with more than 150 affordable homes completed for new customers.
- Invested in high standards of customer service, with almost all of our measures of customer satisfaction putting us in the top quarter of housing associations nationally.

Involvement & Engagement Assessment
Customer engagement through our Coastline Conversation includes community events, developing social inclusion, and reaching out to those who may not feel part of a community. It's how Coastline shows it is listening, with this report summarising the many activities that place through the year.
