Bank holiday

On Monday 27th May Coastline House will be closed to visitors.

Our out of hours service provided by Apello will be available over the bank holiday weekend. If you have an emergency, call 01209 200200 at any time.

Usual full service returns at 8:30am on Tuesday 28th May.


My Coastline

Our digital service on apps and online is the best way to get in touch:

  • Report and manage repairs - for most work simply book a slot for an operative to visit, and if your plans change you can login and choose another time.
  • Payments - pay by card through our secure payments partner Allpay.
  • Your accounts - see your balance and recent transactions, plus rent and service charges.
  • Knowledgebase - browse and search articles featuring answers to frequently asked questions about tenancies and services.
  • Contact Coastline - send and receive messages which go straight to the best team to answer your question.

Lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week on 01209 200200.

Our full phone service is available from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

At other times you will speak with the emergency out of hours team at Apello, ready to answer calls overnight and at weekends.

Relay UK for phone calls

As you approach from either Wilson Way or Barncoose Avenue take the roundabout exit between the ambulance depot and the Gateway Business Centre, then follow the road around into our car park.

The main entrance at Coastline House is fully accessible, including the reception area and its private interview rooms.
