Bank holiday weekend
Coastline House is closed to visitors on Monday 27th May. Use our My Coastline online service to see your account and make payments, report repairs and choose appointments, and send messages straight to the right teams to help.
For urgent repairs and advice contact us by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
All other ways to get in touch are checked during reception opening hours, but for urgent enquiries or repairs you must telephone us on 01209 200200.
Our full phone services are available from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. At other times you will always speak with an advisor.

Reception is open to visitors on weekdays between 8:30am and 5pm. It is closed on weekends and bank holidays, so for urgent repairs or advice on those days please contact us on our usual phone number. You will always be able to speak to an advisor.
Visiting Coastline House
Sat nav devices will take you some distance from our office. As you appoach from either Wilson Way or Barncoose Avenue take the roundabout exit between Powells Garage and the Gateway Business Centre, then follow the road around into our car park.
