Jubilee Weekend bank holidays

For emergency repairs call our usual number 01209 200200 at any time.

 

Our out-of-hours service will be operating on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd June and over the weekend, with the usual full service back from 8:30am on Monday 6th.

 

Please book appointments for non-emergency repairs using My Coastline, where you can also send messages through to our teams, or email details to customer.service@coastlinehousing.co.uk. Messages and emails sent over the Jubilee Weekend bank holidays will be read from Monday 6th June.

Our full phone service is available from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. At other times you will speak with the out of hours team at Orbis Protect.

Dial 18001 before the number you require if you are deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired.

 

Language Line

If English is not your first language, we use the Language Line service to interpret or translate.

As you appoach from either Wilson Way or Barncoose Avenue take the roundabout exit between Powells Garage and the Gateway Business Centre, then follow the road around into our car park.

 

The main entrance at Coastline House is fully accessible, including the reception area and its private interview rooms.
