Our Tenancy Management Coordinators send emails to customers in each area to let them know about upcoming inspections. Do let us have your email address so we can send you a reminder. You can do that by contacting us in your preferred way.
We also also publicise inspections in advance on social media, so do follow us on Facebook or Instagram to keep up to date.
Our teams use an inspection checklist and score elements as shown in the Community Standards download you can find below.
They then follow-up on any issues they spot or are raised by customers in a survey we send out after the inspection.
Longer-term improvements may be subject to consultation and funding, but all suggestions are listened to and considered.
