Following our adoption of the Sustainability Reporting Standard (SRS) earlier this year, we have produced our first ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) report in line with the criteria outlined by Sustainability for Housing, which is a nationally recognised standard.
While we became official adopters after the deadline for the 2023/24 period and are not required to submit this officially as an adopter, Coastline has decided to publish this report as best practice to demonstrate our ongoing commitments towards the Environmental Strategy. Our first “official” report covering 2024/25 data is due to be published later this year.
Highlights from the report include:

- 83.33% of homes were at a low risk of flooding
- 88.1% of homes were at a medium risk of overheating, with none at a high risk
