Coastline presents Customer at the Heart awards every year to recognise the amazing work of people living in our communities who help make life better for themselves and others.
Nominations are welcome from any Coastline customer or local resident, with the shortlist and winners chosen by a team of involved customers, volunteers and colleagues.

There are five categories in 2025:
Green Champion - do you know someone who has swapped their car for a bike, become an avid litter picker, reduced their use of plastic, increased their recycling, or repaired items instead of buying new ones? We want to hear about their achievements! No matter how big or small the changes they have made, let us know how they have contributed to a greener community.
Young Hero - a person under 25 who has made a contribution to a Coastline community, perhaps a young carer, a volunteer, someone who helps out their neighbours or picks litter locally.
Good Neighbour - someone who has gone above and beyond to help you or make positive changes in the community.
Your Next Step - a resident in a Coastline community who deserves recognition for the positive changes they have made in their life, like taking up training or volunteering, got a new job or gained skills.
Young Influencer - we're on the lookout for young people who have demonstrated leadership, creativity and a commitment to making a positive difference.
Winners will be selected by Coastline customers, and all shortlisted nominees will be invited to a presentation ceremony taking place in the Autumn.
Get nominating and spread some positivity! We can't wait to hear the stories about all the great people in your communities.
