Thank you for bearing with us as we continue to deal with problems caused by Storm Goretti. Our Customer Access Team took well over 300 calls on Friday, as many as they normally handle in a week, with most of them about storm damage.

We are working through all of the repairs reported to us and are prioritising customer safety. That means our team's first visit to a repair caused by the storm will be to make sure the situation safe. Further visits could then be needed to complete a full repair.
With our focus on safety and storm damage, lower priority repairs might take place outside our usual timescales. When you report a repair we will book an appointment but will be in touch again if we find it needs to be changed.
