Moving in


Before you move in, your home is carefully checked to ensure it meets the standards our customers have helped us set for the properties we let.

We let our homes in a condition that is:

  • safe
  • secure
  • clean
  • well maintained

We also provide you with clear information about your new home.


This includes a copy of the record of checks we have made on the property, and we will let you know how to make comments or complain to us if for any reason you are not happy with its condition.


We do our best to meet these standards wherever possible. If we cannot do so for any particular reason we will explain why.


As a customer, we ask that you:

  • keep your home in good condition
  • return your home to us at the end of your tenancy in the same condition we let it to you, should you leave
  • keep to the terms of your tenancy agreement
