You don’t need any previous experience to get involved, just enthusiasm and a desire to improve our services and make a difference.
Getting involved is also a great way to meet new people, gain valuable volunteering experiencing, and boost your work-related skills.
From taking part in a satisfaction survey to mystery shopping, or as a member of our Customer Voice panel, we want to hear from you.
Customer Voice is the name of our online scrutiny group, made up of customers of all ages and backgrounds, from across our homes in Cornwall.
They work with colleagues across the business to:
- represent the diversity of our customer base;
- help to ensure customer views are sought, heard and acted upon;
- take part in scrutiny tasks to carry out reviews of specific services; and
- provide updates and make recommendations to our Customer Experience Forum.
Customer Voice members benefit from a range of training and time credits.
