Background: Allister originally joined Coastline as Director of Finance in 2012, before becoming CEO in 2014.
After studying Physics at the University of Edinburgh he qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London. His previous roles include Assistant Director of Finance at the Peabody Trust, and Director of Finance & Resources at Tree Aid (an African development charity).
He is a board member of PlaceShapers (a national family of placed based social housing organisations), and a member of the Cornwall Strategic Housing Group and the National Housing Federation’s Sustainability Strategy Group.
Deputy CEO with responsibility for Housing, Assets and Communities
Louise joined Coastline in November 2007 and has an excellent and demonstrable record of accomplishment of strategic leadership at senior executive level within the housing, care and support sector. She has 29 years’ experience in social housing, 15 at Director level, and a genuine belief in affordable housing and improving quality of life, health and wellbeing for customers.
Louise is the responsible individual with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the Extra Care service at Miners Court, Redruth for Coastline.
She has been a voluntary Trustee for Shared Lives South West since 2014. Shared Lives (formerly Adult Placement) provides accommodation, care and support for vulnerable adults in Somerset, Cornwall, Plymouth, Torbay and Devon. She also chairs the CLLD Coast to Coast Local action group.
Director of Finance, ICT and People & Culture
Nathan is a chartered accountant with over 15 years’ finance experience. Prior to his current role, Nathan was Consultant Director of Finance at Women’s Pioneer Housing and ran his own social housing consultancy business.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has also worked as Director of Finance at North Hertfordshire Homes and Commercial Finance Director at A2Dominion.
Director of Development and Commercial Services
Chris is driving Coastline’s development programme, which continues to bring much-needed new affordable homes to Cornwall.
He joined Coastline with over 20 years’ experience and knowledge of development, construction and customer service in the private sector. Most recently Chris was Operations Director for Miller Homes, one of the UK’s leading housebuilders, where he was responsible for the Southern Region and has overseen a growth from 200 homes to a pipeline of 500 homes per year.
He also provides the executive lead for Coastline Services who offer a variety of maintenance services to different customers.
