- Cornwall Council discretionary funds - you can apply for Discretionary Housing Payments for rent, Exceptional Relief for working age residents in receipt of Council Tax Support, and for a Crisis and Care Award which can provide extra help in emergency or disaster situations
- Council Tax support - if you are on a low income you can apply to Cornwall Council for this, which may then reduce the amount you need to pay
