National Scrutiny Week
Coastline Housing joins National Customer Scrutiny Week
Coastline Housing is taking part in National Scrutiny Week, a chance for tenants and landlords to celebrate the impact of working in partnership to scrutinise services.
The week is coordinated by TPAS which promotes, supports and champions tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing across England.
As members of TPAS, Coastline Housing will be sharing updates on how it ensures customers can help shape services and launching Coastline Conversation, a brand new way for all customers to be a part of that process.
Coastline Housing’s Customer Access Theme Lead, Cathy Hadfield, said: “National Scrutiny Week is a chance for us to celebrate the impact our customers have through their scrutiny work. We would love to see many more people tell us what we do well, and what we could improve, so this week we are launching Coastline Conversation. This new customer involvement site is an easy way for all our customers to get involved from home at a time that suits them. We hope lots of customers will enjoy being a part of this online community.”
Coastline Conversation can be joined now at www.coastlineconversation.co.uk
Highlights organised by TPAS during the week include a tenant panel discussion with Clive Betts, MP for Sheffield South East and Chair of the MHCLG Select Committee, plus there will be live panels debates, Q&A’s, webinars and the launch of a brand new research paper into local authority housing scrutiny.
