Local Offers


Coastline Housing's Local Offers describe the services we provide to our customers.

The 12 offers run through to 2021 and reflect our Corporate Plan covering the same period.


Our Customer Voice members would like to change the Local Offers name to something that makes it clearer what these offers mean to you.


You can cast your vote on their suggestions, or add your own idea, in this survey.



Coastline's Local Offers cover four key areas of service provision - Involvement and Empowerment, Home, Income, and Neighbourhood and Communities.


Our involved customers have worked closely with us to make sure these services meet our customers' needs.


We will report how we are doing against these Local Offers in CoastLines magazine, at Great Homes and Great Services meetings, and the performance page on this website.
