Coastline Housing is pleased to offer these 1, 2, 3  & 4 Bedroom Homes for Shared Owners

A selection of one, two, three and four bedroom Shared Ownership homes.

At Coastline, we believe that everyone should have an opportunity to own their own home, without having to compromise on location, size or specification.
Higher Nansloe is Helston’s newest offering of affordable homes, especially designed for local people to get that all important foot on the property ladder.
Whether you currently live, work or serve in the area, Higher Nansloe is the perfect place to set down roots and call home. Located within walking distance of the centre of the historic market town of Helston, yet still easily
accessible to those who commute elsewhere within the County, Higher Nansloe is a well set out collection of homes, arranged in a no-through-road, circular close.

The historic market town of Helston stands at the gateway of the Lizard Peninsula, which is Britain’s most southerly point, giving access to some of the most dramatic coastal scenery and beaches the UK
has to offer. Helston has an eclectic array of individual and chain shops and supermarkets, popular bars and restaurants, well-regarded schools (both junior and
senior), a sports centre, doctor’s surgeries, pharmacies and a cinema. The area boasts some outstanding walks and scenery nearby, with Helston’s boating lake through the National Trust land towards the stunning Loe Bar beach.
