Coastline homes at Camborne Boilerworks complete

We are delighted to confirm that our final 14 affordable homes on the Boilerworks site in Camborne have been completed. 

The scheme, also known as ‘Tehiden View,’ was developed by local developer Kammbronn Construction Limited. It has provided 174 homes in total, including open market properties, and homes for Sanctuary and Ocean Housing). 

Coastline how has 62 homes in total at this site. This includes 19 homes for Shared Ownership and 43 homes for Affordable Rent, with funding secured from Homes England. 

Customers received their keys on Monday 8th February in a socially distanced way, of course! We'd like to wish everyone moving in the very best in their new homes.
