Supported Accommodation

We currently have six properties which are managed by a dedicated team of Support Workers. With at least one worker allocated to each property.

There are two properties based in Redruth, one in Pool and three in Camborne. We also have a five unit move on accommodation based in Camborne.

In total this equates to 35 units of accommodation. Service users can  stay for a maximum of two years, developing the skills required to eventually be able to maintain a tenancy independently.

Service users have their own rooms and share a communal kitchen and/or lounge. We work collaboratively with many landlords in the county, who have faith in our team and referral procedures and will accept clients into their own private accommodation when they are ready to move on.

Landlords appreciate the support from our Resettlement team, who don't simply forget clients when they have moved into their own accommodation. We are there to assist every step of the way, from housing benefit claims to assitance with budgeting or perhaps opening a bank account.

Whatever support is required by either the landlord or their tenant we will always do our best to help.
