This page provides information on who the tenancy management team is and which areas we cover.
We:
• help tackle anti social behaviour
• manage property viewings, tenancy signings and property exchanges.
• manage tenancies, taking action if a tenant breaks the terms of their tenancy agreement.
• work closely with other agencies, including the Council, the Police, Anti-Social Behaviour Team, Environmental Health, Social Services, CAB, and Shelter.
• encourage and support tenants and resident groups.
• attend meetings including PACT (Partners and Communities Together)) Panel meetings and TAC (Team Around the Child) meetings which focus on support around the child.
Kevin Brown is our Head of Housing and he heads up this department.
Jane Pulley, Tenancy Manager, looks after the day-to-day running of this team.
Adam Nicholls, Tenancy Management Coordinator, covers the Redruth, North Cornwall, Lanner and Ponsanooth areas.
Lyndsay Barratt, Tenancy Management Coordinator, covers the Camborne, Pool, Troon, St Ives and Penzance areas.
