Our Role

As explained on the main page, our main role is tackling Anti-Social Behaviour on our estates and the local community. We also carry out the following tasks between us:

• Mutual Exchanges
• Neighbourhood Inspections
• Recharge agreements
• Assignments of tenancies
• Successions of tenancies
• Permissions
• Annual Property Visits
• Respect Walkabouts
• Attending community meetings such as PACT, Residents Associations etc
• Referrals to Adult Social Care, support services etc
• Partnership working with Devon & Cornwall Police, Cornwall Crime and Disorder Reduction Team, and more!
• Garage Allocations

The Tenancy Management team consists of:

Jane Pulley - Tenancy Manager

As Tenancy Manager, Jane is responsible for overseeing the Tenancy Management team on a day to day basis.

Helen Roberts - Tenancy Inspection Co-ordinator

Helen is responsible for carrying out pre-void inspections, setting up recharge agreements, and dealing with permission letters.

Sue Baker - Housing and Support Administrator

Sue is responsible for admin tasks within the team, managing the filing, attending sounding board meetings to take minutes, and assisting the team with visits where necessary.

Jo Reeves - Jo is responsible for the allocation of our garages. Jo also assists the rest of the team with other tasks such as ASB visits, covering for people's leave/sickness etc.
