Anti Social Behaviour Out of Hours Respectline

 

Coastlinehave been piloting The ASB Respect Line which is a dedicated out of hours service provided by an independent organisation which enables customers  to call and report anti social behaviour as it happens.  Customers will have an opportunity to speak with a trained member of staff at the time incidents are taking place.

90% of ASB happens outside of the normal 9-5 working day and the team are available when you experience these problems, and you will be able to seek advice and reassurance that your problem is being addressed.

The team can also contact the Police or Environmental Health Team on your behalf should you prefer.  There is also an option whenever appropriate that the team can make a ‘call back’ to provide an extra level of reassurance following your initial call.

Following a successful pilot scheme, we have now extended this scheme until the end of March 2012, and closer to the time this service will be reviewed again.
