Introducing our team...
Several different teams deliver services under the Coastline Care banner. These teams are overseen by Louise Beard, Director of Housing and Care and the responsible individual for Care.
Independent Living Service Team
This team comprises Alice Blenes, our Independent Living Service Coordinator, supported by a team of eight Independent Living Service Advisors. This team supports older people in sheltered accommodation to maintain their tenancies and live independent lives.
Miners Court Team
Based at our Extra Care facility in Redruth, this team is headed up by Jacquie Pilcher, our Extra Care Scheme Coordinator, supported by two Scheme Assistants, three Team Leaders and nine Support Workers. Together, these colleagues deliver 24-hour care and support to all customers living in Miners Court. An Activities Coordinator is also based at Miners Court, arranging functions for both residents and the wider community.
Domiciliary Care Team
Our Registered Manager, Anthea Hedge, drives this team who provide care to people in their own homes.
