Our Supported Housing Sounding Board is a group of customers who work together with the Company on issues affecting the Sheltered Housing service and represent the views of our residents.
Examples of the types of issues recently discussed by the Sounding Board are:
- a conference 'Away Day'
- a review of the Sheltered Housing Strategy and the Protection of Vulnerable Adults policy and procedure
- Extra Care
- Customer involvement in the Recruitment and Selection Process
