There will be times when the designated Supported Housing Officer is on holiday or ill. At these times a Supported Housing Officer from another site will make the calls or visits.
If a Supported Housing Officer is absent for more than a couple of weeks, for example because of illness, we will try to appoint a temporary member of staff as soon as possible. This sort of situation is often difficult to predict, and while we will do our best to maintain normal standards of service, patience is appreciated if we have to make short term adjustments to the service we provide, such as visiting or calling at a different time from usual for a short while.
