On taking up a sheltered tenancy a booklet entitled 'Keeping Safe and Healthy in Sheltered Housing' will be given to you. The Supported Housing Officer is responsible for ensuring that the areas surrounding sheltered properties are free from dangers and hazards.
Annual Risk Assessments are carried out in all communal areas by the Supported Housing Officer and resident involvement in the process is welcome.
