Contact information

When you first take up your tenancy, we will ask you to fill in a form giving details about yourself, people you would like us to contact in an emergency, Next of kin, your GP, and any medical conditions that we should be aware of.  We will need to share this information with the Control Centre so that they can help in the event of an emergency.

We will treat any information you give us about yourself in the strictest of confidence. All the information that we hold about you is protected by the Data Protection Act and will not be disclosed without your permission to anyone outside of the company and those working with us to provide you with our service, except in certain situations where the law allows - for example to protect you or someone else in life-threatening emergency situations.
