Choosing the service you want

We are committed to providing Sheltered Housing residents with a choice about the service they receive. We aim to give residents the level of service they want and which meets their needs. This is achieved by the Support Plan we put together with our customers.

Support Plans also help us understand what sort of service our customers would like us to provide in future and help us design a flexible service that meets the needs and aspirations of our customers.  Each aspect of the Support Plan has a Risk Assessment section to allow discussion about potential risk areas.
