As well as a responsive repairs service (that is, day-to-day repairs where we react to requests from our customers), we also operate:
• a programme of planned maintenance to keep our homes in good condition.
• a disabled adaptations service (to help people with disabilities live more independently in their existing home), and
• advice on issues such as asbestos and radon.
