We have a five year programme of work in place to ensure all our properties meet the Government's Decent Homes Standard by the end of 2010.
The plan was published to all customers, staff and contractors. It gives a clear view of what work will be carried out and when, and is regularly reviewed and updated.

• Low maintenance fascias, gutters and soffits

• Full insulation at all PRC (Precast Reinforced Concrete) homes
Decent Homes Refusals
From time to time, some customers refuse home improvements that are offered them.
We would always urge you to accept the work if you are offered it. If you wish to discuss ways in which we can carry out the work with minimal disturbance to your home then please ring our Customer Services on 08082 027728. Ask to be put through to the Project Officer in charge of that improvement.
If, after careful consideration and communication with our Project Officers you still feel unable to accept the improvements, we will ask you to sign a paper declining the work.
