To celebrate the introduction of some newly redesigned repairs satisfaction forms, Coastline carried out a bumper prize draw...

The winners of the Responsive Repairs Prize Draw were Mr & Mrs Collins of Illogan. Mrs Collins was presented with a special hamper full of delicious goodies, kindly donated by Jewsons.

Visiting her to proudly deliver the prize were Mark Reed, Amy Penhaligon, Andy Medlin and Tony Waddington - Customer NED and Chairman of the Responsive Core Group.

The draw was an extra special one as it marked the launch of the newly redesigned customer satisfaction forms, designed to make it easier for customers to give us their feedback and easier for us to analyse the results.

Mrs Collins was delighted to receive the hamper, telling us that she always makes sure she completes her satisfaction forms!
