We have been made aware that our Direct Debit provider allpay experienced a technical issue on the 8th September and there is the possibility some customers who were due to pay by Direct Debit on this day may have had their payment taken twice from their accounts in error.
allpay is aware of all our effected customers and are making refunds as soon as practically possible, however this payment may not be shown on bank statements immediately.
Please note that at the moment this only affects payments made by direct debit on the 8th September.
There is no need to contact us unless you wish to make a claim for bank charges as a direct result of this technical issue. If you have incurred bank charges please email your name address and contact number with the details of your claim to email@example.com.
