Coastline offers employees the following rewards and benefits:
Holidays
Coastline employees enjoy holiday entitlement of at least 25 days per year (depending on grade) from commencement of employment (this is on a pro-rata basis in the first year, dependent upon the date of joining) plus a minimum of eight Bank Holidays per year.
Pension
Our pension scheme is run through The Pensions Trust (for Social Housing). Employees are entitled to join the scheme immediately upon commencement of employment. For further details on pensions, please refer to the documentation sent to you prior to starting work, or contact HR.
Bonus Scheme
Coastline is an organisation that rewards hard work. As a result we have a Pay Policy and Bonus Scheme which are performance related.
Flexi Time
We operate a flexi-time system which has core daily hours and enables staff to take up to two flexi-days off per month.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
The EAP provides information, guidance and support for anything that is troubling you. Sponsored by Coastline, so there is no cost to you, it is a confidential service run independently by Focus EAP Ltd and may be used by all Coastline employees and their immediate families. The EAP includes unlimited telephone advice or information and, if appropriate, up to six local face to face counselling sessions.
Excellence awards
This is our own scheme, where employees can nominate anyone to receive an award for outstanding performance. Events are organised to recognise outstanding achievers and /or financial awards are made under the scheme.
Flexible Working Policy
Coastline has a flexible working policy to ensure that employees can achieve a good balance between work and lifestyle commitments. We want employees to feel empowered, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering brilliant customer services and will accommodate individual requirements where it is reasonable and practical to do so.
Career Development
We provide fantastic training opportunities, often sponsoring employees to complete training leading to professional qualifications relating to their job role. This is a two way deal where staff commit to a payback clause (should they leave within two years) in return for our investment in their future.
Professional Subscriptions
We provide sponsorship of up to 2 subscriptions to Professional Institutes.
Childcare Vouchers
We can provide vouchers to employees which help to reduce childcare costs significantly through a salary sacrifice scheme.
Mobile Telephone
Employees who are issued with a mobile telephone for business purposes are permitted to use the telephone for a moderate number of personal calls within the terms of the company's acceptable usage policy.
Laptop Computer
Employees who are issued with a laptop computer for business purposes are permitted to use the computer for personal use outside of business hours within the terms of the Companies Acceptable Use Policy.
Internet
We take a mature view and allow all employees to use the internet for personal use within the terms of the Companies Acceptable Use Policy.
Healthy Workplace Initiative
A discounted corporate gym membership is available to all employees at Carn Brea Leisure Centre as well as free Flu Jabs, health checks and other initiatives within our Healthy Workplace programme.
