Customer Services Adviser
Salary: £15,658 to £18,386 per annum
37 hours per week on a rota basis to include some Saturdays

A fixed term appointment until 31st July 2012 has arisen in our contact centre for a CSA to provide an excellent front line service to our tenants and customers on the telephone and at reception. As the first point of contact, you must possess the ability to communicate effectively, analysing and answering queries professionally. Experience in providing customer service and good IT skills are essential.

Wet Trade Operative
£17,500 to £19,000 full time (39 hours per week) otherwise pro-rata.
Two month temporary contract in the first instance
Based at Redruth
Immediate start available.

You will have significant experience in block laying, external and internal rendering, appropriate trade certificates and qualifications will be an advantage.
