Support Worker

£14,572 to £17,144 pro rata

Evenings/Weekends  - 30 hours

Relief shifts also available for Evenings, Weekends & Nights

You will assist in the smooth running of the Crisis Accomadation and undertake individual support for our clients. You will also work with clients individually to ensure they agree to licence requirements, are advised of interviews/referrals, helped with associated paperwork and generally make sure a safe, secure and supportive environment is provided.

With previous experience of working one-to-one or in a group setting with comparable client groups, you will be a competent communicator, understand confidentiality, be aware of and realise professional boundaries and be committed to equal opportunities.

You will relate confidently to all ages and groups, work well in a team and have a resilient and professional character, as occasionally you will work in challenging situations.
