Our properties are spread throughout West Cornwall. We have a variety of houses in the three towns of Camborne, Redruth and Helston and also have properties in more rural villages including Mullion, Constantine, Stithians, Illogan, Ruan Minor and Nancegollan to name but a few! We even have some homes on The Lizard - the most Southerly point of the district.
The Cornish environment is an exceptional one and there are many aspects of it that are of international significance. It is widely known that one of Cornwall's most valuable assets is the abundance and diversity of its wildlife from the high moorland, home to rare breeding birds, to the coast and sea where basking sharks and bottle nosed dolphins are sighted regularly. Cornwall boasts a 300 mile section of the South West Coast Path, almost 50% of the trail, and its sheer variety means that there are plenty of gentle stretches as well as more dramatic headlands and steep coastal valleys.
Cornwall is probably most readily associated with superb beaches and a rugged coast-line, much favoured by tourists looking for an idyllic spot to escape to during the hot summer months. Historically, it has been a county colourfully associated with drama, legend and myth, from standing stones to King Arthur and Tintagel Castle to wreckers, smugglers and shipwrecks. In recent years though, it has begun to surpass its reputation as a quaint beauty spot. Many individuals, businesses and organisations started to recognise the benefits of living and working in this southern county, creating a modern and exciting hub of cultural and economic activity.
