Every application form includes a set of Guidance Notes, which gives you important information about applying for housing.
There are a number of different routes through which people can live in our rented accommodation:
- Direct Applicants - prospective customers who wish to register with us for housing by filling in an application form.
- Transfer Applicants - existing customers of the Company wishing to transfer from their present accommodation.
- Local Authority Nominations - The Company works closely with Kerrier District Council to assist them in meeting their obligations with regard to the Homelessness Act 2002. The Council currently receives a minimum of 50% of all our empty properties.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A FORM OF IDENTIFICATION FOR ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD WHEN APPLYING TO JOIN THE REGISTER OF HOUSING NEED.
