Coastline’s Neighbourhood and Involvement Team is here to help bring our customers into the heart of the organisation.
Along with you, we work with local agencies and Coastline’s staff to make sure all your neighbourhoods are safe and pleasant places to live. We also aim to give equal access to every person in our communities who wants to help us get things right.
Each member of the Neighbourhood and Involvement Team looks after sections of the Involvement and Empowerment Strategy, but we are all here to help you make a difference.
You can read more information about the team below, or continue to navigate a course through our pages to find out about the many ways to Get Involved with Coastline.
Take a look below for more information on our roles.

Jackie Thomson
Neighbourhood and Involvement Facilitator (Full-time)
My role within the Neighbourhood and Involvement Team means that I am out and about meeting our customers either in communities or at Residents' Associations. This also allows me to liaise across the company to address issues and report on information and concerns that customers may have.
Julian Rowe
