Each of these activities takes just a few minutes but can give you lots of information and really help Coastline to develop.
CoastLines
Our customer magazine is published every 3 months and comes packed with information about services and involvement. Lots of articles are written by customers, so it’s a great way to keep up to date. Copies are posted to every home and are available download from our CoastLines page.
Internet
The web pages you are reading are constantly updated with details of Coastline’s services and ways you can get involved. The events calendar shows what’s happening this month, including meetings and social occasions. We also have a Facebook page which is posted on whenever we have new information – and you can see what other customers are talking about.
Customer Satisfaction Survey
Every home receives a Coastline satisfaction survey once a year. It takes just a few minutes to fill out, but can make a real difference to the way we provide services. You will also be asked to fill out a short satisfaction survey after having a repair on your home. These are very useful because we can see if work is completed to a high standard and that you are pleased with it.
On your doorstep
We find out your thoughts about our services and the community you live in by knocking on your door from time-to-time. It’s really important that we ask for your opinion on improvements for the community, or to find out if you have any concerns about the area so we can work with you to address them.
Customer Away Day
Our annual Customer Away Day offers you the chance to tell us how we are doing - what services work well and which could be improved. We put on lots of interesting activities during the day to help you do this. By way of a thank you for your involvement we usually hold the event in summertime at a venue with extra facilities for you to enjoy. Most recently, an Action Team of Coastline customers chose Paradise Park. Look out for features on this website and in CoastLines magazine for more details on the next away day.
Complaints and compliments
It is very easy to tell us where things have gone wrong or right. We welcome your thoughts because they help us to keep our standards high and learn where things could be improved. For more details have a look at our complaints and compliments page.
