Who are these NITs?

The Neighbourhood and Involvement Team (or NITs for short) are a team of 6 who are employed by Coastline to bring tenants into the heart of the organisation. We work with staff, tenants and local agencies to ensure that our estates are safe and pleasant places to live and that everyone living in our communities has equal access and opportunity to contribute to decisions made at Coastline Housing.
