Tenant Inspectors

A team of 12 tenants have completed a Tenant Inspector course giving them the skills to carry out a full inspection of our services. They will work together using our service standards and agree ways of testing that we are delivering the service tenants want.

They will:

• interview staff
• carry out Mystery Shopping
• shadow staff
• attend focus groups with staff and
• contact other tenants to find out what they thought of the service they received.

The team will then write a report which will go to the Monitoring and Review Panel for consideration before service delivery changes are made.
