To keep us on track we have several teams of tenants who focus on helping us shape and improve particular services.

There are two types of group, Sounding Boards and Core Groups.

Sounding Boards are permanent groups that meet four times a year. We have Sounding Boards covering the following services or subject areas:

Customer Services
Environmental (for those of you interested in helping the environment and saving energy)
Involvement
Neighbourhood Services and Community Cohesion
Voids and Allocations
Editorial (for those of you interested in helping to write our newsletter or other publications)
Tenancy Management
Development Design Panel
Income Management
Planned and Responsive Maintenance
Leaseholders and Shared Ownership
Equality and Diversity
Supported Housing

Core Groups are temporary groups set up to see through the design of a particular contract or service, choose a contractor and monitor the work. The number of meetings varies depending on how long the project lasts. Current core groups include:
