In order to improve our Lettings Service, since July of this year we have been sending out Questionnaires to all our new tenants, asking them relevant questions regarding the lettings process we offer at Coastline Housing.

At the end of August 2009, we had sent out 52 questionnaires and received 22 completed questionnaires, which was a 43% return.

We are now delighted to publish the results from the survey and we will continue to monitor these results and keep you all updated.

We will also be using these surveys to continually improve the way we work in the Lettings Team.
