If English is not your first language, and you would like information in a different language you can access our Language Line service when you call us.
Our phone lines are open from 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays.  Our busiest time is in the mornings between 9am and 12 noon.  If your call is non urgent and it is convenient for you to contact us outside of these times, we will be able to answer your call more quickly.
For emergency repairs and queries we have an out of hours service available. You can contact this service by calling 01872 222810.
