Planned maintenance and improvements

We carry out a programme of improvements and major repairs to our customers' homes every year. These may include:

. double glazing;
. planned maintenance schemes, like decorating the outside of your property;
. repairs or improvement schemes to bring your home up to a modern day standard;
. replacement of kitchens and bathrooms;
. upgrades of heating installations, to increase fuel efficiency and thermal comfort;
. electrical rewiring of homes to bring them in line with today's specifications; and
. external insulation.

We publish a five-year plan which tells you about the works
