Direct Debit
Direct debit is one of the easiest and most convenient way to pay, for customers who either have or intend to open a post office, bank or building society direct payment or current account.
With Direct Debit, the right amount of rent is always taken from your bank account; if your rent increases, we are responsible for telling your bank.

Use the link at the bottom of this page to download a Direct Debit mandate, or you can request one from us, which will be sent to your home address. For information on paying your rent by Direct Debit, please call us on 08452 700720.

Telephone payments                                                               Quick and easy!  Payments can now be made over the phone using your debit or credit card.  Please ring 08452 700720 and have your debit / credit card to hand.  Payments will reach your rent account between 24 and 48 hours.

Standing Order
You can also pay by Standing Order so that your rent is paid directly from your bank account. If you want to pay your rent by Standing Order, please ring us on 08452 700720.
Remember that if your rent goes up, you will have to remember to tell your bank to change your Standing Order payments to avoid falling behind with your rent. If you pay by Direct Debit, the right payment will be taken from your account automatically - this is why we recommend Direct
Debit as the easier option.

Payment card
You can use a payment card to pay your rent at any Post Office, PayPoint, PAYzone or post office outlet-from anywhere in the country. You do not have to fill in any bank or giro credit slips -simply give your card to the service counter staff and tell the cashier how much you want to pay. You give the cashier your payment by cash, cheque or debit card together with your payment card. The cashier will then swipe your payment card through an electronic reader and enter the amount you have paid. You will receive a receipt confirming the date, rent account number and the amount you have paid.

The cashier cannot see any details of your rent account when you use your payment card. Your privacy is protected at all times.
