Your rent
Every Monday we make a weekly rent charge for the home you live in. Rent is charged for 52 weeks of the year - there are no rent-free weeks. We also charge a service charge for providing and maintaining estate services such as estate cleaning, grounds maintenance, estate lighting and doorentry systems. Customers living in sheltered accommodation, receiving support are also charged a support charge.
What your rent pays for
We use the rent and service charges you pay to provide housing services such as repairs and maintenance, grounds maintenance, estate cleaning and lighting, and housing management. We also use some of the rent to provide and make improvements to our customers' homes.
When to pay your rent
Your rent is due each Monday for the following week. You can pay your rent every two weeks, or monthly if it is easier for you, but your rent must always be paid in advance.
Paying your rent on time is a condition of your tenancy. The easiest way to make sure that your rent is always paid on time is to pay by Direct Debit or Standing Order.
