Introduction

Coastline Housing’s development team is working to provide 70 new affordable homes across Cornwall each year.  Each new development will combine quality design and sustainable features to create desirable properties and neighbourhoods.

New developments are largely funded through the National Affordable Housing Programme (NAHP) administered by the Home and Communities Agency (HCA).  Since 2008 Coastline has been awarded over £4.3m of NAHP.

Coastline is also part of the Source Development Partnership, this is a large consortium of housing associations spread across the South of the UK.  For more information click the link to the Source website on the right of this page.

Coastline's development team also runs the Land Transformation Project which considers how existing Coastline land could best be utilised for the benefit of local communities.
