New standard house types for use on new developments

Coastline has been working on a project to produce standard house types for use on new developments.  By creating standard model properties we can reduce the costs associated with design and construction.     

Trewin Design Partnership were selected as part of a mini tender in 2008 to act as architects on a number of Coastline development schemes. As part of the same tender ROK were selected as the constructor partner and MBA as engineers.  Trewin then designed a number of properties which meet the standards required for funding from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

The standard house types have now been included in a number of planning applications and the first Kynance properties will be built in Helston later this year.
