Can I join this Sounding Board if I have rent arrears? YES, if you have rent arrears, you are receiving the majority of the service that the Income Management Team provide. So it’s even more important that you have your say. We maintain confidentiality at all times, and no individual arrears cases are ever discussed or disclosed.

What is required if I join? You will be asked to attend meeting four times a year, where the latest Income Management news, and any ideas, proposals or changes are discussed. You may also receive the occasional form in the post for you to provide any thoughts you may have on a certain proposal or area. And you will have the option to play a part in the Christmas prize draws.
